Carwan Gallery started as the first contemporary gallery in Beirut with the mission of internationalizing design in the Middle East. Founded together with the architect Pascale Wakim in 2010, the gallery commissions projects and exhibits limited-edition objects. Carwan gathers designers and organizations from all over the world to realise and exhibit projects in Lebanon and international design fairs/exhibitions in various museums and art centers.
